What determines the account category and what is the advantage?

Our institution has 5 different categories depending on the investment amounts. These are;

BEGINNER
minimum investment amount: 100 USD
Swap and spread rates in the market

 
STANDARD
minimum investment amount: 1,500 USD
Better swap and spread rates than the Beginner account
 
PRIME
minimum investment amount: 5,000 USD
Better swap and spread rates than Beginner and standard account
 
ECN 
minimum investment amount: 10,000 USD
Garnet Trade offers a good swap and spread account.

ZERO 
minimum investment amount: 10,000 USD
Favorable spread rates
No SWAP payments except for products with TL legs.
